My name is Cody Baldauf and I'm a Senior at Olathe Northwest Highschool. Thankfully, Olathe Northwest has two 21st century programs, e-Communications and Engineering. I've been in e-Communications since my freshman year, and I really have a love for the program and the things they teach us. In e-Comm, I'm always on top of my work, I love what e-Comm brings me. e-Comm didn't save my life, but it definitely showed me how to make a career out of the things I love. Usually you need 200 Endorsement Hours to Graduate from the program, but because of the pandemic you only need 100 to graduate. As of right Now I'm at about 150 endorsement hours, but I'm striving for 200 for honors.

Outside of School and e-Comm, I love to play sports as well as watching them. I play basketball at the gym, I've played baseball for pretty much my whole life, and I played football as a kid but stopped because I fell in love with baseball more. As of watching sports, I love my Kansas City Chiefs and my Nebraska Cornhuskers. Other than playing and watching sports, I work at a Sports Bar. I love making money and working, because who doesn't want money. Yet, I realized, where I work and e-Comm has similarities. The biggest one is, you got to work for what you want as well as you got to put in effort or it probably wont work out or look the best. I once was told by my Mom, "you got to give 110% everytime to get the best end result". Since being in e-Comm, that is what I've been striving for.
